Scope of Work
- Review charter party recaps, sales/purchase contracts, SOFs, NORs, pumping logs, and port logs.
- Compute laytime (allowed vs used) and produce the demurrage / despatch claim with full workings.
- Review counterparty calculations and prepare a written counter referencing the relevant CP clauses.
- On request, draft owner / charterer correspondence and participate in settlement discussions.
- Maintain confidentiality — all documents and counterparty names are commercially sensitive.
