- Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)

Trident Maritime is a growing ship management company focused on technical, crew and full management services.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong maritime background and direct access to shipowners.
This role is fully focused on generating new business and expanding the managed fleet.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and approach shipowners and operators
- Develop and secure new ship management contracts
- Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships
- Promote company services (technical, crew and full management)
- Work directly with top management on commercial strategy and deal execution
This is a remote position with high level of autonomy and direct impact on company growth.
We are not looking for generic sales profiles. Only candidates with real maritime experience and existing industry network will be considered.
