I am a 25-year-old Indian Seafarer with rank experience. Presently employed by a leading Ship Manning and Management Company as a Third Officer. While assisting the Indian Central Government in selecting life boats for it’s local use at a place called “Daman”, after a serious bridge collapse, which led to the loss of many lives, I needed to pick up a large amount of information in a very short time and was able to provide the Administration with the quality of information and service that they expected.
1.Supervised and carried out various Ship related repairs and service work at Manama, Bahrain Dry Docking Facility.
2.Assisted on board during the CAP Survey (Classification Assessment Programme) for an Ore/Oil Carrier
3.Worked for 2 Weeks at Alang, Bhavnagar Ship Breaking Yard, assisted Harbor Pilot and Port Captain, Capt Deolkar during beaching operations.
