- Investigation of diesel engines failure cases, prevention and elimination of root-cause of such failure

- Technical and operational management of the vessels within financial budget, providing theirs optimal efficiency and reliability with priority to safety

- Close co-operation with commercial Operator on day-to-day matters to ensure an uninterrupted operation of the vessels and well planned (de)mobilization and repair periods

- Keeping the vessels in full compliance with Class, Flag State and other mandatory requirements

- Responsible for planned maintenance and corrective repairs, as well as conversions and dry-dockings of the vessels (specification, tendering, evaluation, execution, budget, supervision and reporting)

- Technical supply of the ships with spare parts and consumables, control of spares consumption

- Preparation of technical budget of the vessels on annual (quarter) basis

- Close monitoring of planned maintenance system onboard including required updates

- Ensuring implementation and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards on the vessels

- Keeping technical documentation and records of the vessels up-to date and properly organized as on-board the ships as in the shore-office

- Crew management (supporting) in technical and operational aspects

- ISM and ISPS consultancy of the crew

- Carrying out ships inspections on regular basis to ensure the vessels overall condition and crew performance are in accordance with Company standards

- Periodical reporting on technical financial status of the vessels

- Active dealing with insurance cases, protecting ship-owner interests

- Operational and technical risks assessments

- Ship investment projects

- Condition and pre-purchase inspection of ships
