An experienced offshore administrator with Human Resources qualification looking for an offshore technical clerk/assistant/administrator role.


December 2009 - Present - Offshore Technical Assistant - Byford Dolphin

Dolphin Drilling Limited, Aberdeen.

Administering the planned maintenance system TAG. Focal point for all work order information, issuing of future plans, updating system with maintenance history. Creating new work oders for breakdowns and hightlighting safety critical work. Production weekly pregress report of maintenance with verfied justification. Preparing and producing quarterly reports and project reports for onshore management. Carry out weekly safety audits and participate in weekly safety meeting.

June 2007 - November 2009 - Offshore Systems Administrator - Brae Field

Petrofac Facilities Management, Aberdeen

Administering maintenance management system SAP. Ensuring the maintenance and classification records, certification and associated paperwork is maintained and controlled. Collating and disseminating data for plan attainment tracking. Data input in the form of notifications, planning information and material requests. Processing offshore and onshore requests adhering to timescales as requested by supervision. Preparing and collating information for Risk Assessments and Permit to Work. Work pack administration and close out.

November 2006 - June 2007 - Offshore Operations Coordinator - Maersk Assets

Petrofac Facilities Management, Aberdeen

Focal point for offshore supervision with regards to manning levels. Contact for offshore personnel including all administration and queries with the responsibility of delegating tasks to the onshore support team. Preparation of proposals for improvement initiatives ie set up and maintenance of personnel queries database. Delivering management presentations and communications to offshore installation.

August 2006 - November 2006 - HR Coordinator - Based in Dubai

Petrofac Facilities Management, Aberdeen

Responsible for reviewing, amending and issuing of contracts to over 700 employees including a review of the employee handbook. Involved with salary benchmarking, comparing terms and conditions and proposing attractive salary packages in accordance to labour law. Recruitment of personnel for the transition team, including shortlisting CVs, sourcing references, preparing and issuing offer letters, delivering inductions and delivering training to new starts. Involved with the relocation of personnel, application for visas, labour cards and coordinating logistics.

August 2005 - August 2006 - HR Operations Coordinator - Kerr McGee

Petrofac Facilities Management, Aberdeen

Focal point for all HR administration. Responsible for general employee relations support for line managers including: recruitment, induction, performance management, compensation and benefits and absence management. Responsible for new starts and delivery of inductions and terminations including conducting exit interviews and redeployment of personnel where appropriate. Management and administration of offshore payroll including annual salary reviews, pension and private healthcare scheme.
