Started my career in Shell Chemicals in Singapore on a local contract providing assurance and support to Chemicals Chartering Team in APME and to Shell Seraya Facility; additional regional support provided to US and Europe Chemicals Chartering Teams



Accountabilities

• Provide technical support and Marine Assurance for chemicals shipping in APME region and for Shell Seraya Manufacturing facility

• Improve chartering options by engaging and guiding upgrade of potential ship management partner’s procedures

• Drive continuous improvement in operational HSSE both internally and externally

• Manage 250+ 3rd party terminal assessment program in APME region providing customers and supply chains with value added technical assessments

• Cargo Handling focal point on Management Reviews of Technical Ship Managers

• Update Shell Chemicals Global and Regional Marine Procedures

• Generate and implement HSSE and Operational awareness training sessions for Chemicals Chartering Team and Supply Chains.
