• Marine AIS & Lifeline and vessels operating in the field, providing available berths and establishing a constant connection with Offshore, Onshore and the vessels at Pier.
• Drilling &Work Over and Aviation passenger’s reservations either through the SAP or the Saudi Aramco Aviation System. (MARINE SEA-BUS PLANNING AND SCHEDULING).
• Managing all deferent pier operations and eliminating delays through constant communication.
• Aviation dashboard navigation – EVELUATIONS
• Planning third party vendors to follow up specific requests, ensuring attention to detail
throughout the process. ( ADMINISTRATION )
• Reporting and Processing Material Releases.- ( SUPPLY CHAIN CODE OF CONDUCT )
• Having a good knowledge on Material handling and staging accurately as require and
ensure they are transmitted to material coordinator onshore and offshore.
• Following the quality policy and principles of responsible care at all times.
• Maintaining & organizing voyages in Marine industry.
• Having good experience in time keeping.
• Tracking On time deliveries, Port TAT & Offshore TAT of the vessels, Compiling Marine
Request D&WO Request and focusing on improvements.
• Excellent experience on management presentations and having an extra relationship with
Monthly KPI’s.
• In addition excellent knowledge in MS World MS Excel MS Access MS Power Point & SAP PRC
- (FINANCE AND LOGISTICS)
• Excellent ability on multi task while staying mentally focused with the customer’s
changing requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling resources and /or personnel in an operational
environment.
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong relationship with
internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure, particularly in emergency situations
• A strong degree of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• High Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

Intermediate skills in MS office including outlook access and excel & SAP PRC (finance and logistics).

• Availability to work 12 hours shifts on a roster that consist of days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Following the quality policy and principles of responsible care at all times.
• Continuously participating in the improvement of quality, health, safety and
environmental protection plans and procedures.
• Creating and updating Monthly KPIs and Management presentation.
• Post-secondary training in logistics, transportation, or other related disciplines with
equivalent work experience.
