• Performing Activities on MLS (4948) and Switches (4503 & 3400) and rectifying the faults found in the Gig Ports by configuring and replacing the port connector, Ethernet and required parameters.
• Carrying out the Audit work on Routers and Switches, Raising Planned Events and Rectifying the Faults. Analysis and Fault management of RF issues, MW Transmission & optical transmission.

• Rectifying the network related faults of Reliance CDMA network all over India by raising Trouble Tickets. Coordinate with Transport and Microwave Transmission Team to ensure end to end connectivity of media using Loop-Break and BER test.
• Taking corrective actions according to the different performance parameters such as Percentage RF failure, Blocking rate, Percentage Drop rate, call setup success rate.
• Providing Technical support and guidance to Circle Engineers and Field Personnel as per the requirements by Deleting and Re-creating the E1’s (Serials) and Multilink groups (MLG) Configuration.
