3D SEISMIC DATA INTERPREATION
? Workstation seismic interpretation for Time, Velocity, Depth Mapping by utilizing the seismic and well data in Extensional.
? Accomplished the Goth Prospect & Talpur in Lower Indus Basin of about 957 Sq.Kms Data.
2D SEISMIC DATA INTERPREATION
? Manual and workstation seismic interpretation for Time, Velocity, Depth Mapping by utilizing the seismic and well data in Extensional, Compressional & Strike-Slip environment for regional as well as prospect generation.
? Evaluation of the block for new venture.
? Coordination with the geological team members to carry out the evaluation of new areas.
2D SEISMIC DATA ACQUSITION
? Work as an Operation Geophysicist during Acquisition of Seismic Surveys for planning, designing & parameters optimization of 2D seismic data acquisition.
? Work as a QC Geophysicist on different 2D Seismic Data Acquisition projects in different tectonic regime of Pakistan.
? Good knowledge of geodetic surveying including projections & datum transformation parameters.
? Good LVL / Uphole Knowledge.
? Testing of Instruments.
? Good knowledge of Recording instrument (Recorder).
? Preplanning of field parameters from Operators side involving acquisition as well as processing parameters.
2D SEISMIC DATA PROCESSING
? Holds a good knowledge for Field Processing in order to get the better Signal to Noise Ratio to get the optimum results for the desired horizons.
? Involved in QC of conventional processing goes to PSTM and POSTM
SURVEY KNOWLEDGE
? Frequent user of GPS (different brands and Modes).
? Static Mode and RTK Mode
? Knowledge of different projection parameters, datum transformation parameters and utilization in Northern & Southern Pakistan.
