What am I expecting out of the candidate:
15 years Cruise ship or/& offshore or/& yachts experience in compliance operations (any type of compliance, but must be marine compliance: technical, projects, legal, QMS etc).
Must have 5 years as Deputy DPA Deputy CSO for a white flag administration (Cayman, Bermuda, Isle of Man, Marshall Islands, UK, Malta, or a flag who used these two R.O.(recognized organization) of LR or DNV.
Extensive (expert level) experience in drafting/revising quickly policies, safety advisories, memos and manuals.
