Inland Rivers HR

Inland Rivers HR
Inland Rivers HR is a comprehensive outsourcing service with over 50 years combined HR experience in the inland river industry. Our services are designed to meet the needs of small to mid-sized companies by offering a full suite of HR support services equal to the functionality of an in-house Human Resources department, and at a cost that fits your budget. Because we understand your business, we can offer you HR support that fits your business model. We can achieve this by combining efficient processes, state-of-the-art technology, and the experience of seasoned professionals so that we can either supplement your in-house resources, or act as your Human Resources department. Either way, with our team, you can spend more time doing what you love – growing your business.

Managing performance can be a challenge if you don’t have the knowledge, time, resources, or support to build a high performing culture. You could hire internal HR support to assist the organization with these initiatives, but even a minimum HR staff can easily cost over $100,000 a year. In most cases where companies don’t have HR support, they obtain an attorney who can charge between $300 – $700 per hour and, depending on what event has occurred, it could amount to tens of thousands of dollars for a single incident. Just because you are a small company or don’t have a large budget, does not mean you must be without a competent HR team. Fortunately, there is an alternative.
