In my 20 plus years of working on the water there isn't much I haven't done. I have seen fishing and shipping technology come a long way. I would like to think I have kept up with it. I have held every position from bait boy to engineer to captain and done it well. I am a very hands on kind of person and I get along well with everybody. Which helps when on long voyages.
At 40 years of age,6'3" 230lbs I keep myself fit and strong and no task is to great. I come from a long line of fishermen and sailors where the word can't is not in our vocabulary. I have spent most of my career in Alaskan, Canadian, and Washington waters with a few trips to Hawaii and the South Pacific via Astoria Oregon and San Diego Ca.
