Responsible for the drafting of the Safety Management System Manual and related procedures. Co-responsible for the reorganization of the Ships Unit according to the ISM Code.

Responsible for the final newbuilding phase and change of flag of the passenger ship European Vision. Responsible for the relation with PSC officers in France.
