• Consistent success in maintain budgetary parameters from under 5% to over 9% on 7 projects ranging in valuation of $125,000 to $1.2 million

Owner’s Representative

• Act on owner’s behalf in coordination of corporate interests related to United States Coast Guard, American Bureau of Shipping, 3rd Party Surveyors and Underwriters with relation to marine casualty incidents.

• Survey, assess and report on all damages related to incident.

• Organize and submit insurance claim documentation.

• Assist in claim recovery negotiations
