Responsibilities:

Involved in Engineering, Procurement, Executions at site for completing the below mentioned works

  • Involved in Approving Job Scope renewal of Steel , Outfit and Piping Jobs.

  • Approving the Drawing for AFC, Inspection Of Fit Up, welding and final painting.
  • Renewal of Shell Deck, Installed New Shale shaker.

  • Refurbishment Of plate coolers of Mud Pumps,VFD coolers, Brake resistor coolers and renewal of its foundation.

  • Installed fire foam system for Mud Pit tanks, Involved in carrying of executions and fabrication of piping works and skid fabrication and installation process.

  • Renewal of Mud pit tanks deck plate and related piping systems inside tanks.
  • Renewed most of the low pressure and high pressure Kill lines.

  • Witnessed High pressure test for Kill line and choke and manifold piping lines.

Title : MTCC FIXED PLATFORM (BUBYAN FANAR).
       
Role : Project Engineer.
Duration : Feb 2015 to till Oct 2016.
Description : It’s a type of jack up light house which is serving as observing platform in

bubyan island, Kuwait.

Responsibilities:

  • Started from the scratch of the project involved working on the basic design, Generated GA with reference to the contract requirements.

  • Prepared a Construction technical specification and prepared general arrangements drawings for the platform as per client contract requirement.

  • Generation of all engineering inputs for estimation of projects at pre-bid stage.

  • Co-ordination and design approval with design consultant to expedite drawing & also with sub-contractor for efficient progress of job.
  • Preparing Minutes of Meeting, Weekly reports & Project Update Status.

  • Monitor timely execution of project delivery schedule and take necessary remedial action

  • Conducting weekly Tele conf. meeting with Client, Vendor and Section Engineers, Attended one (1) time technical Meetings in Singapore.
  • Organizing project meetings with client and respective section engineers.

Title : Liftboat of Leg Length 100m.
       
Role :Asst Engineer/ Project Engineer.
Duration : July 2013 to Dec 2014
Description : Liftboat is a type of accommodation barge of leg length 100m and working

depth of 65m, which is a support vessel for the platform, which can handle Man, Material and cargo in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

  • Started from the scratch of the project for the Liftboat involved working on the basic design, Generated GA, Preparing Equipment list for cost and provided business development support of the liftboat.

  • Prepared a Construction technical specification and prepared general arrangements drawings for the liftboat as per client requirement.

  • Generation of all engineering inputs for estimation of projects at pre-bid stage.

  • Co-ordination with design consultant to expedite drawing & also with sub-contractor for efficient progress of job.

Description : Ensco 84 is a Jack up rig operating in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities: Preparing Structural drawings for Secondary Platforms and foundation design of Major Equipment. Liaising with client and Class to get drawing approval. Performing Manual Calculation of Padeye design, Equipment seating calculation etc.,

Title :  7700 and 8700 Type Design of Solar power plant Structure as per
     
Indian Standard and 7700 Should Cost Analysis
Tool Used : Auto Cad and Solid Works 2010.  
Client : Amonix-USA.
Description : 7700 & 8700 these are the solar Power plant which can be rotated in two

directions as the sun follows. This Power is Generated through the advanced technologies know as PVC.

Responsibilities: Developed Structural drawings as per Indian Standards. Done modeling and identified all equivalent materials for fabrication and worked out testing process for Indian Standards.

Did Cost analysis for the Structural Drawings of Solar power plant Structure if the fabrication and Testing’s are done in India. This Cost Analysis was done with Split up cost of all the fabrication process and testing and Shipment cost.

Created a Manual for Best Practices in Structural Design, Fabrication & Testing’s.

Also Gave Advices on Welding and Fabrication of structures on American Standards ASTM A2.4

Onsite Co-ordinator – USA, CA: Coordinating with Onsite & Offshore Engineers and updating the status of work and weekly report to the team members.

PROJECTS HANDLED IN TIMBLO DRY DOCKS PVT LTD.

Title : Developmental design of a 2100 and 2200 DWT Barge ore Carrier  
       
Tool Used : Auto Cad and OwniWin Cad.  
       


Description : Barges which have been built to the satisfaction of the IRS Surveyors to the full requirements of the Rules. Barge is an Ore Carrying Inland vessel. These Inland Vessel Can Carry the iron ore of the Capacity Mention above. This project is to complete Analysis and fabrication drawings. Generating of Scale Drawing of all the Structures like Frames, Floors, Web Frames, Girders, Water tight Bulkheads and all the outfitting Drawing and Piping Spool Drawings.

Responsibilities: Leading the Team of 4 members and also involved in CAD Modeling of the all Structures, Generating of CNC Programs in OwinWin Cad Software Monitoring the Drawing that has sent to Class (IRS) For Approval, also maintaining the Monitor for the Drawing Sent to CNC dept, Quality Dept and Production Dept. Generating the Steel Estimate for the Project and Generating the Bill of material For the Out Fitting and the Pipe Spools and Valves

Title : Offshore Supply and Support Carrying 1250 DWT
       
Client : Prince Marine. Mumbai.
Description : Offshore Supply and Support Vessel is an Sea Going Vessel Class(ABS) of

Length 65.8 mtr length .This is an Support Vessel to the Oil Rigs .This Vessel Can Carry the Drill Water , Fresh Water and Fuel oil to the oil Rigs and it Can also Carry a Men Capacity of 75 men. It’s a total Support Vessel for offshore oil Rigs.

Responsibilities: Worked as a Project Engineer for this Project and Also Generating of CNC Programs in OmniWin Cad Software, Monitoring the Drawing that has sent to Class (ABS) For Approval also Maintaining the Monitor for the Drawing Sent to CNC dept, Quality Dept and Production Dept.and Generating the Steel Estimate for the Project and Generating the Bill of material For the out Fitting and the Pipe Spools and Valves. Generating of NDT plan for the Project.

Title : Developmental design of a Portable Carport Structure
       
Tool Used : Solid Works2009, Auto Cad and Cosmosworks2009.
Description : Portable Carport Structures produces prefabricated modular carports for low

cost solar installations in countries where feed-in tariffs and good sun make PV a highly attractive option. These carports are designed to be quickly installed, without the need for extensive foundation work - or for planning permission. This project is to complete design, Analysis and fabrication drawings. 3D models of parts and assembly in Solid Works and analysis in Cosmos works 2009

Responsibilities: Involved in CAD Modeling of the all parts, Assembling, optimization Analysis and fabrication drawings

Title : Developmental design of the Technor ISIS-enclosures of 450, 700, 800 , 900 and helideck floodlight.

Description        :  Technor  ISIS  enclosures  are  industrial  monitors,  helideck  floodlights


established in off shores and hazardous environments which are having explosive mixture in the atmosphere which may explode inside the enclosed devices, which can cause the damages to the devices and cause human injuries. This project is to optimize the conventional models to achieve light weight of the enclosure.

Responsibilities: Involved in CAD Modelling of the all parts, Assembling & optimization of the explosive enclosure.
