Experience
I am First Deck Officer , and I would like to introduce myself as a PORT CAPTAIN with some years of experience handling a wide variety of cargoes, with 10 years of Deck officer sailing background and 5 years Port Captain services.
Around 10 years as operations Deck officer for a for Black Sea Shipping Company and some Shipping company under foreign flags – last position was a Chief Officer (First Deck Officer license).

• OLDENDORFF CARRIERS, GERMANY,
• COIL LINE LIMITED ( LONDON),
• MARTRADE SHIPPING+TRANSPORT GmbH.,
• WESTERN BULK CARRIERS.
From 2006 up to 2008 working for and on behalf of Commercial Metals Company (CMC Dallas Trading ) ,USA., as Representative / Marine Port Captain / Surveyor in European region.
Fm 2008 up to Desember of 2009 was working for and behalf of “ IMSCB “ (Kaalbay Group), Odessa as
Supercargo/Surveyor.
I speak and write English and Russian. I currently provide Port Captain Services in Black Sea region, freelancer Cargo superintendent for BBC Chartering and Thorco Shipping.
Beside Port Captain’s services I am offering, survey services ( cargo and draft survey, ON-HIRE Survey with the bunker survey) with experience in Project cargo , steel products handling.
