•Accounted for government materials, prepared and maintained required forms, records, reports and files resulting in a 100% score on the Postal Supply Material Certification Inspection.

•Received, processed and distributed more than 8,000 pounds of mail contributing to the overall morale of the crew.

•Responsible for the daily transactions and reports of the postage metering machine, provided customer service for the supply office and post office to a crew of 330, supervised three junior sailors the daily operations of the Post Office

•Executed inventory management duties for three storerooms, responsible for completing Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) checks on equipment in supply spaces. Expedited, tracked, received and distributed Casrep and Anors parts, received, stored, and issued consumable and hazardous material.

Operated and performed maintenance on electronic equipment used for communication, detection, tracking, recognition and identification ensuring support of the world-wide telecommunications network.
