? Objective of the process is to provide root causes for credit rebilling to the areas so that same can be minimized or reduced to send accurate invoices to the customers.

Updating of Transport plan in GCSS, MARS (Maersk system) as per request.

? Submitting daily/fortnightly reports to respective origins/countries and MIS reporting.

? Active participation in management meeting / Decision making.

? Attending and resolving all customer / cargo related queries from the customers globally via Email / Telephone thus ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

? Intra and Inter departmental co-ordinations.

? Handling all the telex correspondences from different countries and ensure prompt response to all messages Reporting for the daily analysis.

? Training and induction of new recruits
