?	Coordinating and execution of oil, gas and chemicals operations
Collaborating with inspectors and chemists during  vessel’s loading, discharging, bunker survey, stock monitoring, truck loading, terminal inpections, sampling and analysis  operations.
Coordinating and executing operations:
-	Checking  and handling nominations via head ofice, the other SGS offices or directly from clients.
-	Confirming attandance to the inspection and asking for clients approvals for the quotation of the services, if any general worldwide prices aggrement does not exist for the client.
-	Openning the files from the system, assignment of the proper inspector or the chemist for the job.
-	Planning operations by the other participants (vessel’s agencies, customs officers, terminal represantatives, third party laboratories )
-	Keeping advised clients about the operational progress.
-	Collecting field report and analytical reports, checking  client’s requirements (if any special requirement exist ), calculation the figures and issueing a report based on international standarts.
-	Checking schedule of account payable, mutual reconcilement related to invoices which are overdue and unpaid.
-	Controlling purcharsing , timing and one half paying lists.
-	Preparing  statistical reports of the operations in a monthly and yearly periods.
