Experience


MECHANICAL ENGINEER (FMIC)



Responsible for ensuring preventive and break-down maintenance management of all Mechanical ,Electrical ,Plumbing ,HVAC, Medical Gases Plant equipment and utility services.

?Conduct inspection of facility, equipments and engineering services and taking prompt action in case of abnormality.

Evaluate operational parameters of critical equipment to take corrective action and keeping all the required equipment calibrated and issuing periodic report to the end-user

?Ensure procedure and protocols related to the department are being followed to quality manual and monitor and support national staff in their regular activities with a specific emphasis on their capacity building.Conducting the various on job training for the national staff.

?Assist the quality head in obtaining the ISO 9001:2008 certifications and ensure that all the policies and procedures are in placed according to the international organization structure.

? Working as a Quality Management Representative for the maintenance department.

?Any other assignment assign by the immediate supervisor.



ASSISTANT ENGINEER MECHANICAL FIELD

PAKISTAN OILFIELDS LIMITED-KHAUR



To assist in maintaining engines & Compressors for their routine maintenance, running repairs, top and major overhauling.

?To assist in maintaining pumps located at following areas.

a). Main oil pumps station (b) Tank farm (c) Fresh water pump station, (d) Fire water pump station, (e) Boiler house.

? To assist in carrying out top and major overhauling of engines at all POL fields.

? To provide services to all fields as directed by engineer in charge.

? To work ATA (Annual Turn Around) at Pariwali Production Facility, Khaur

?Coordinate with Production, Material Management, Administration and Safety

POWER HOUSE SHIFT SUPERVISOR

PEARL CONTINENTAL HOTEL LAHORE

?Supervise the maintenance and operational activities of plant with exhaust and jacket water heat recovery system capacity of 4*1 MW Cummins engines which is run on duel fuel oil

? Trouble shootings and rectification in the engines

? Monitor and record the clearance and tolerance etc, during the overhauling

? Monitor the engine performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis

? Preparation of maintenance schedule spares parts request and equipment history

? Keep track of spares and consumables items

?Coordinate with other departments as per requirements

Education


Diploma of Associate Engineering in Mechanical Technology from Govt. College of Technology Peshawar, (1993).

Certificate of competency as boiler Engineer (steam boilers) from the board of examine engineers, Govt. of Punjab in April 02, 2005

? Electrician Certificate from Technical Training Centre Peshawar, 1992.

? SSC Memon Boys Secondary School Karachi 1989.

?Sound knowledge of Steam Boilers (packaged type) operation and maintenance up to 3.75 ton.

Sound knowledge of Diesel and Gas Engines up to 1MW. (Waukesha Engines, Caterpillar Engines, Cummins engines).

Sound knowledge of HVAC operation and maintenance.

? Capable of reading engineering drawings and spare parts manuals.

? Exposure and working Knowledge of CMMS and DataStream (D7i), BMS and FEMS.


 


? One week Supervisory skill Course at PC Hotel Lahore (l998)

? Two week Emergency procedure and fire fighting course at PC Lahore (1996)

? Two week Emergency procedure and fire fighting course at National Institute of Fire Technology Islamabad (1996)
