Maintained full responsibility for the Northeast port operations of oil tankers. Served as a liaison between ship captains, owners, charters, port authorities, US customs, and immigration authorities. Coordinated arrangements for docking / undocking, loading / unloading cargo, ship surveys, and meeting crew requirements. Authored a computer program on Lotus for tracking shipping agent assignments.
