Demonstrated ability of responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic and empathy.  Experience with use of SOLAS/MARPOL and IMO regulations, and industrial standards such as ASTM, ASME, DIN well versed with ISCS rules set ( DNV, GL, Lloyd's, ABS, BV etc.
