Work Experience:

Feb 2015 to Present:  Coca Cola.   Duties included forklift operator for restocking , loading and unloading transports, bulk and route truck, using computer generated work order sheets to build orders with attention to details for accuracy.

Sep 2013 to Jan 2015:  Mingo Job Corp Puxico:  Supply Technician for the Job Corp.  Duties included Inventory control, receiving clerk duties included verifying the delivery truck manifest upon receipt of goods, other duties included forklift operations and unloading delivery trucks, others duties included customer service position issuing uniform to the new kids arriving weekly into the Job Corp Program.

Jan 2009 to Sep 2013:  Staples: Delivery Driver for Office Products. load and unload trucks using load scanners.  Responsible for delivery of $5000.00 to $20,000.00 dollars on a daily route.  Excellent customer service skills, conducting customer contact in a professional and courteous manner while delivering well over a 1 million dollars worth of office products.

Oct 2003 to Jan 2009 :  Staples: Delivery Driver,  Performed various furniture service duties/ Office Products delivery, assembly, installation, repair and service Of warranty and non-warranty office furniture.  Coordinates furniture assembly, installation  or repair by calling customer and setting up appointments,  load furniture orders onto truck and deliver products to customer,  drives to customer location and complete furniture assembly/installation or furniture repairs to meet customer satisfaction .  Inspects furniture for additional defects and proper operability according to manufacture’s guidelines. Installs all types of free-standing furniture, panel and modular systems, includes placement, leveling, wipe-down, and touch-up of metal and wood furniture at customer location.  Unloads incoming furniture trucks using warehouse equipment (I.e. forklift, pallet jack).  Receives furniture and verifies against delivery ticket to assure accurate receipt of product and inspection for defect or damages.  Store furniture in warehouse that does not need to be delivered immediately.  Properly tag and identify  product relative to invoice numbers and customer identification.  Follow all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.  Ability to read and construct blueprints and CAD installation drawings, basic computer skills,  Demonstrated competence related to writing installation project and problem reports,  Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.  Knowledgeable in the operation of warehouse equipment and light weight tools to install and or repair furniture.  Excellent customer service skills, conducting customer contact in a professional and courteous manner while delivering well over 2 million dollars worth of office furniture and other related products
