Nature of Work Maintenance
• Zero checking of on line Instrument
• Maintenance, Calibration & Fault finding on line Instrument. • Routine calibration & servicing of Pneumatic Instruments.
• Routine calibration & servicing of Electronic Instruments.
• Servicing and calibration for smooth operation for signal of 3 to 15 psi (pneumatic) and 4 to 20 mA (Electronic)
• Routine checks for Healthiness of back-up Battery voltages, Cooling fans, system cards.
• Familiar with P & ID, Loop & logic drawings.
• Familiar with wellhead control panel.
Construction & Commissioning
•Calibration of instrument as per data sheet & Making calibration reports as per data sheet
•Field Instrument installation and termination as per Hook up drawing.
•Supervision on Erection activities like cabling, fabrication & installation of supporting, tubing, installation of panels as per approved drawings.
•Hydro testing of impulse tubing and level gauge.
•Troubleshooting and Loop checking. Panel wiring modification as per client requirement.
•Familiars with P & ID, Hook Up. Instruments installation & Layout drawings.

Construction work, loop checking, pre-commissioning and commissioning activity. Calibration of different types of instruments, used for petrochemical and gas industries. Carried out construction drawings of consultant for field installation of instruments. Routine maintanance,trouble shooting,full loop & modification etc.for commissioning & loop checking, logic checking,shut down activities,etc calibration of pressure switch,transmitters,pressure gauge service,installation tubing & maintanance of safety control units.Familiar with Bentley Nevada temperature and vibration monitoring system 3300 and 3500 series. Familiar with P&ID, loop drawing and functional logic diagram, schematic drawings, instrument lay out drawings.

Safety & Security Demonstrate leadership in ensuring tha safety and security procedures, during performance of job functions are followed by all parties.Calibration, maintenance and installation of various types process transmitters such as Pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters including HART Calibration, maintenance and installation of various types of control valves of Masoneilan, Fisher, R.K. Johnson control, beltro etc.Calibration of different types of analyzers such as Oxygen, Conductivity and pH and gasdetectors of hydrocarbons, O2 and ammonia.Loop checking and commissioninactivities.
