Good day Mam/Sir! I am John Arjel S. Escalona, I am writing to
express my strong interest to seek a full time employment in a hospitality
environment company.

I graduate at International School for Hotel and Restaurant
Management with Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management. My background
includes serving as customer service associate within call center and
hospitality environment, and comprehensive knowledge in MS office suite and CRM
database applications.

Most recently, I worked in Norwegian Cruiseline in Galley
Department as Utility Galley and have opportunity to work as Utility Bar.

Last year, I worked in a business processing outsources company
at TaskUs Philippines as Hotel Rateshopper for US Market, where my responsibilities
included taking and updating hotel rates, flagging last minute updates,
providing back-up during busy period, meet deadlines on time and handling
critical market that needs high clearance of updates accuracy.

I am accustomed to work in a high pressure environment where
accuracy and attention to details are essential. In 2010, I worked at one of
the chain's highest sales volume McDonalds branch in Philippines as Call
Service Operator and Cashier. I demonstrated the ability to handle incoming and
outgoing calls, taking phone orders, track record of past service history,
maintaining documents and information, consistently met call volume goals per
day, resolve variety of issues and complaints (such as billing dispute, service
delay) and outstanding cash handling. I achieved consistent praise for my
attention to details in getting customer order and request, and maintaining up
to date customer records and information. I have developed high degree of
organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to communicate
effectively at all levels and ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with
a positive and flexible attitude. I am highly motivated and proactive member
who can also work independently, and always aim to go above and beyond my set
duties to ensure the best system are in place to allow the team to function as
effectively as possible.

In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer
service skills in working as Room Steward at one of Philippines largest fleet
ro-ro ship company.
