Assigned at Commercial Department-Conversion. Main task involves preparing Change Proposals (CP) or billings on various trades particularly Machinery, Shipwright, Piping and Carpentry. Involves in five (5) Floating Platform Storage and Off-loading (FPSO) vessels conversion projects namely, FPSO Cidade de Sau Mateus, Ningaloo Vision, Cidade de Paraty, Okha and Aseng. Basically evaluates work done, gathers information, prepares billing, submits to Owner and negotiates settlement. Other tasks include preparing and presenting weekly summary report for both internal Commercial meeting and meeting with the Owner.

In-charged of the Purchasing, Warehouse and Tool shop. Oversees fourteen (14) staff assigned to various functions in the department. Mandated to promote cost efficiency by screening/controlling all materials requests (MR) especially project related items. Establish/enhance processes to further streamline work flow and develop monitoring and control points to effectively manage company's resources. Keeping minimum yet effective inventory of stock materials while making sure non-stock materials are promptly served as needed. Manages the tool shop for both ship repair and ship building departments, making sure tools and equipment are utilized and shared rationally. Develop network of suppliers, both local and foreign, to further broaden suppliers base.

Marketing Officer

Although appointed as Marketing Officer, I functioned as Commercial Manager, handling the affairs of the department consisting of Marketing and Project Planning & Estimation (PPE). On the Marketing, I was tasked to bring in clients for ship repair, ship building and ship conversion. I'm responsible in maintaining existing clients while reaching-out to new ones. I prepare weekly report on on-going repairs, confirmed and potential projects. I am in charge in the bill negotiation and collection. I prepare weekly and monthly revenue/collection report for the accounting. At PPE I'm overseeing 6 staffs, I do checking of estimates, billing, sub-con invoices and approval of Job Orders for dry-docking. I am also taking charge of the administrative side of the department, from approving of leaves to issuing memo and appraisals. I attend weekly management meeting and monthly presentation to the chairman
