Technical Assistant to two successive three star Admirals of Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, India.

Responsible for all external agencies liaison with Admiral & update of all aspects of the organisation spanning Technical, Financial, Project and Personnel matters for over 12,000 personnel.

Possess hands on experience in Operations, Maintenance, Installation & Commissioning of Engineering systems/ equipment - Gas Turbines/ Diesel Engine power plants/ Compressors/ Pumps,/ HVAC Plants, AHU’s/ Ref. Plants/ desalination/RO plants etc.

Managed & Executed out techno-commercial evaluation and negotiations for purchase of capital equipment (such as diesel engines, AC/Ref plants, desalination plant, pumps, compressors etc) resulting in cumulative savings of almost US $ 0.3 million

Executed major overhaul of Gas Turbines in domestic and international market which were preceded by finalisation of detailed technical specifications by MoD.

Part of Naval Selection team for recruitment of short service graduate engineers in 2006

Handled several successful negotiations with workers unions for smooth functioning of the organisation.
