?Able to applied technical skills and it applications used on the drilling rig for oil and gas exploitation, Able to properly maintain, inspect, work the slips, tongs and elevators safely, Performed safe work habits during well servicing or drilling operations, Able to recognize and identify safety hazard and stop work immediately

?Computer Literate in Microsoft Word and Excel, Ability to Read or Use Engineering Schematics Diagram; Blueprints; Micrometers; Multi-meter; caliper

?Knowledge/Experience with soldering processes- Low/High temperature

?Use of lifting equipments; Ability to communicate effectively with others

?Perform basic mathematical calculations; Basic reading comprehension and writing skills

?Physically able to stand; walk; balancing; pulling; lifting materials between 50-135 pounds; reaching high and low; respective twisting or pressure involving wrist and hands

?Ability of rapid mental coordination simultaneously; Able to tolerate continuous vibrations and elevated noise levels as well as mentally alert for entire shift, Willing to travel extensively, Relocate, Able to work under any climatic conditions
