3. Main activities and responsibilities:
    3.1 Owner’s representative for all operations on the vessel including but not limited to: documentation,   communication, maintenance, repairs, damage handling, cargo operations, provisions and spare parts orders.
    3.2 Managing, motivating and training multinational and multi religious crew.
    3.3 Preventing corrosion by scheduling timely surface preparation and painting
    3.4 Risk Assessments preparation by indentifying, mitigating and controlling the risk.
    3.5 Implementing security measures and indentifying possible threats at sea and in port.
    3.6 In command for pollution, fire fighting, search and rescue, medical care and all emergency operations in a complex and changing environment.
    3.7 Implementing company International Safety Management ( ISO-9002 ).
    3.8 In charge for all audits and inspections carried out for the documentation and the vessel.
