•Checking the Port calls from the Vessel Operator
•Sending proforma Disbursement account (PDA) to vessel operators
• Finalize the PDA with the customers
•Clear the queries raised by the customers
•After vessel sailing from the port – submitting the Final Disbursement account(FDA) to Vessel Operators.
