• Worked in HBL POWER SYSTEMS, VZM as Design Engineer for one year since may, 2007 to June, 2008.
• Worked as Sr. CAD ENGINEER in L&T-HED at Visakhapatnam on contract basis since Sept, 2004 to Apr, 2007.

1. Preparation of Class drawings
2. Model creation and plate nesting by using TRIBON M3 (HULL MODULE).

4. Weight Estimation.
5. Preparation of Bill of materials
6. Preparation of NC Formats from nesting parts in ‘Plate Nesting’ module in TRIBON M3
7. Preparation Parts list for plates and sections.
Job Responsibilities at HBL:
1. Preparation of Detailed General Arrangement drawings of Battery according to the specified model (capacity).
2. Preparing the drawings of individual parts in Cell Assembly and Stack Assembly.
3. Showing welding details.
4. Monitoring the process whether it is going on as per the specifications or not.
5. Documentation control.
Job Responsibilities at L&T:
1. Preparation of Detailed Manufacturing drawings of vessel in AUTOCAD.
2. Showing Weld details.
3. Showing Fabrication details.
4. Preparation of Seam lists and details.
5. Checking whether the fabrication work is going on as per our specifications.
6. Segregation of seams, loose items, as well as assemblies based on the requirement of rubber coating, external & internal blasting & painting.
7. Design the structural equipment as per requirements.
8. Detailing of the Outer Hull drawings of installation and fabrication drawings.
