Objective
Presently working in Nigeria on accomadtion barge working for Exxon Mobil Lookng for a good opening & short erm contract like 2 month on and off.
Experience
Currently I am working on Barge “VENTURE” as a Barge Administrator / This is and
accommodation Barge with 500 people. My duty is to assist the Captain & Safety Officer for all update
Certificates, Order all dept Requisition, & to update Materials on Board.
Local Port clearance & new destinations Port good working knowledge of day to day work related to
Shipping including documentation of arrival & departure formalities of Ship’s calling in Indian
ports in addition fair idea of Indian Merchant Shipping Act. Thorough knowledge of all port
activities involving ship’s loading & unloading cargoes in port and instructing the vessels to comply
with the port rules.
Pass on information’s to master on all navigational aspects, pilot boarding, wx forecast within the area,
liaise with the other operators & emergency services.
Sound knowledge about rig operation, daily reports, POB, muster list of crew, assigning lifejackets to
crew, in/out passenger registers, chopper manifesto, daily production report, OSV movements etc.,
I also have excellent Administrative qualities, Communication and Negotiation skills, hard working and
always ahead of time, like to work under extreme stressed Condition, and All weather Proof,
Prepare all documents for custom clearance. Prepare salary wages for crew
and telephone call account for clients & crew and send it to the Head Office. Allot cabin to various client.
Make detail of garbage Log Book. Assist Safety Officer to send monthly SMS - hot work permit / work
Permit, meeting report and drills.
