Looking for a change in profession from catering staff to cook since being a cook/ chef is greatest ambition in my life. I enjoy cooking different cuisines. Use to watch and read ccok books and cookery shows and started experiencing those thing in my kitchen and my working knowledge in international cuisine made my efforts to create food easy. I was an operations guy for last 18 years in different intentional Hotel companies, and I know it not easy to pop in to a Hotel kitchen easily so I thought of maritime jobs to enter in to vessels so I can be with some experienced hand to learn more and develop my skills in international food. 

My last job was operations manager in Starbucks international in Kuwait.
