Services Provided

• Fabrication & Engineering: This includes custom work on structures, Pipes, Manifold / Cargo Reducers / S Bends / Y Pipe / C Pipe and gratings using various materials like Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS), and Galvanized Iron (GI).They can fabricate specialized components such as cargo manifold pipelines, steam bellows, and buoyancy tanks.

• Ship Repair & Maintenance: Core services encompass both dry docking and afloat repairs. This includes the maintenance of heavy-duty diesel/petrol engines up to 10,000 BHP and 1500 KVA. They also specialize in manufacturing, overhauling, and cleaning condensers and heat exchangers, complete with necessary certifications.

• Mechanical & Hydraulic Works: The team performs overhauling on various types of valves (Globe, Gate, Storm) and pumps (piston, weldon, centrifugal). They also handle repairs for hydraulic cylinders and provide dynamic balancing for rotating parts like rotors, stators, and turbochargers to reduce vibration and extend component life.

• Electrical Services: They offer rewinding and overhauling for Low Tension (LT) and High Tension (HT) motors, generators, and transformers. Their facilities include panel wiring, as well as high-voltage and meager testing.

• Specialized Marine Services:

  • LSA/FFA Equipment: As an approved service station, they provide annual maintenance for life rafts, fire extinguishers, breathing apparatus, immersion suits, lifeboats, and davit winches.

  • Underwater Diving: Services include hull inspection, propeller blade cleaning, sluice gate operations, and underwater videography.

  • Air Conditioning & Refrigeration: This covers repair and installation of chiller plants, marine AC units, and chilled water systems.

  • Blasting & Painting: They perform structure sandblasting, apply corrosion prevention coatings, and handle lime washing of storage tanks.

  • Load Testing & NDT: They conduct load testing for cargo gears, lifting tackles, and loose gears, along with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to ensure the integrity of materials without causing damage.

  • MGPS Anodes: They provide Copper (Cu) and Aluminum (Al) anodes for Marine Growth Prevention Systems (MGPS) to protect a vessel's seawater cooling systems from bio-fouling and corrosion.

  • Laser Alignment: They offer precision laser alignment for motors and pumps, which is crucial for reducing wear and tear on bearings and seals, lowering energy consumption, and preventing unscheduled downtime.

  • NDT Services: IRCLASS Approved Technicians for MPI & DP as well as pursuing for Thickness Measurements.

• Modern Workshop: The 24,000 sq. ft. workshop is a central hub for operations, equipped with heavy-duty machinery. This includes lathes, plasma cutting machines, hydraulic presses, varnish baking ovens, and overhead cranes, allowing them to handle large-scale repairs and fabrication jobs efficiently.

• Fabrication Shop: A dedicated area for fabrication with welding and cutting equipment, overhead cranes, and manual/hydraulic presses.This setup allows for the efficient production of large structures and components.

• Electrical Testing & Repair Section: This section houses specialized equipment for high-voltage testing, meager testing, and a varnish baking oven, which is essential for the proper rewinding and insulation of electrical components.

• Stock & Inventory: They maintain a ready stock of essential raw materials, including pipes, plates, flanges, angles, and valves.This ensures they can provide an immediate response to client needs, significantly reducing vessel downtime.
