  • Ensure client verification and contractor inspection and coating manufacturer representative inspection of applied corrosion protection system – inclusive of protective coating, thermal spray coatings.
  • Verify contractor’s compliance with design drawings, specifications, procedures and inspection and test plans.
  • Review coating specification and identify omissions and clarification.
  • Test and approve blaster & paint applicators and inspectors in accordance with client specification.
  •  Formulate quality control training program as required.
  • Ensure yard compile full and accurate reports of all coating activities.

  • Understand the project schedule and be protective in assessing where activities could impact the planed progress advising.

  • Responsible for Piping fabrication and Erection, Hydro testing, line checking, test package preparation and inspection with the Client.
  • Promote and implement safe working practices in the workplace.
  • Monitor the all inspection and QA/QC Documentation & submit to the client for approval and review the P & ID drawing for the boundary marking.
  • Prepared more than 100 No TIE-IN, Steam line, Seawater, Nitrogen line, demine water line, with existing line Including materials preparation marked in the P&ID and ISO Drawing, GA Drawing and submitted to the Client for final approval for Engineering Department and LNG Operation Department. 
  •  Supervised Piping works, Spool erection and all further activities related to piping, supporting including test pack clearance, hydro testing, Punch items clearance, pre-commissioning and assistance for commissioning.
  • Isometric released for fabrication in shop and distribution among the individuals (Foremen) in shop as per the record given by Material Withdrawal Department.
  • Address platform problems and revert with actions taken.
  • Liaise with engineering disciplines to effect timely responses for Engineering Queries
  • Provide assistance to piping Supervisor/Foreman’s for critical erection and follow

them to attain productivity.

  • Attending weekly progress meeting with Client.
  • Monitoring on isometric drawing records and spool tracking system for individual Foreman.
  • Distribution of drawings to the Foremen and monitoring the jobs.

Job Responsibility for Insulation

  • To supervise all aspects of the coating and insulation fabrication work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the relevant Company and Statutory requirements.
  • Confirm that the Fabrication contractor has a robust execution plan for module fabrication, load-out and hand-over.
  • Work with engineering and fabrication teams for the review and approval of all Contractor deliverables for engineering and construction. Ensuring specification and Code compliance and the deliverables schedule is maintained.
  • Identify and highlight any risk opportunities or threats that may have a favorable or adverse impact on module delivery within project cost, quality or schedule objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of contingency plans etc.
  • Develop and update weekly/monthly performance management reporting to monitor progress on key performance indicators (KPI's) & critical analysis of data.
  • Support the review and swift resolution of Site Queries and Technical deviation requests.
  • Monitor and report on the structural fabrication progress.
  • To ensure that all construction aspects of the project on site are supervised in a safe and efficient manner.
