My background includes working in Afghanistan for the U.S. company DynCorp International LOGOCOP IV with the U.S. Army as a civilian. In this position I demostrated the ability to work in severe conditions and the ability to work within a team. Material Control Supervisor (2011 – 2012)


My duties and responsibilities:

Receives and inspects all incoming subsistence with truck or flight manifest, invoice and 3161.

Conducts verification of frozen items temperature at the time of receipt and unloading

Responsible for making copy /copies of truck manifest or airway bill hold until download is complete.

Verifies incoming stock for (OSD) before (POD) proof of delivery and 3161 closed.

Assists in identifying FF&V pallets coming from flight line that require an immediate count and refrigeration storage.

Conducts inventories daily on locations that have had moving stock.

Updates quantities, descriptions, ITD’s & expiration dates in excel sheets.

Ensures a 100% inventory is done Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.

Verifies expiration dates while conducting inventories.

Assists in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility.

Prepares future orders as per request for customers.

Prepares production for shipment or storage by conducting material inventories.

Notes and reports discrepancies and damages to material.

Prepares daily reports & activity on a daily basis.

Handling of customer service.

Performs others jobs duties as assigned.

Monitored and ensured 100% accuracy while picking, sorting and packing of materials by Warehouse team.

Tracked and ordered non-expendable requisitions and reconciled with the Supply Support Activity.

Managed all monthly cyclic and controlled item inventory reports.

Maintained suspense document files for open requisitions in accordance with established procedures.

RTCH Operator / Material Control Clerk (2010 – 2011)


My duties and responsibilities:

Researched requisitions, received materials, inspected and verified material received, and maintained records for receipt/issue of material.

Tracked and moved over 500 20ft and 40ft containers on a monthly basis.

Operated, and maintained a 45 ton Linde RTCH.

Maintained records and provided traceability of documentation.

Assisted in shipping and receiving of material/supplies.

Promoted continual improvements in material movement, inventory accuracy, safety

Assigned a bin location for parts and annotated location on parts listing when new parts arrived.

Examined and stored materials and reported deterioration and damage.

Removed materials from inventory and prepared for shipment.

Performed all other duties as assigned by the DynCorp Supervisor / Manager or designated representative.

Ensured that the work area was maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness at all times.
