Objective
Venezuelan master mariner with 15 years proven shored side experience, whilst working at oil maritime terminal's positions, responsible for operations, safety, security and quality assurance positions. Major Oil & Gas COMPANY
Marine Superintendent, Karachi, Pakistan, May 2009 to date
Support a gas drilling project offshore Pakistan; responsible for setting up of the supply base and services, vessels vetting screening and on off hire survey inspections. Liaise with drilling unit operators and contractors to pre plan and coordinate the outward and back load cargo & crew changes. The position reports to the well operations manager.

NIGERIAN AGIP OIL COMPANY LTD (NAOC), ENI’s Group.
Maritime /Terminal FPSO Activities Coordinator, Lagos-Nigeria, Jan 2005 to Mar 2009.
Responsible for the implementation of the ISM and ISPS codes at AGIP's oil terminals in Nigeria, ensuring compliance with the international legislation and regulations related to the safety & security and adopting the highest standards and best practices. Prepare Oil Terminals for maritime authority’s inspections and ISM/ISPS audit. Respond to observations and keep updating the ISPS plans, port information and procedures. Daily vetting screening for tanker nominated Liaise with maritime authorities and ship /owner. The section managed crude oil export from onshore terminal and two FPSOs through four SBMs offshore.

Vetting Coordinator, Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela. Aug 1994 to Jan 2003
A gradual growth through the organization, started shore side positions as marine terminal supervisor assistant, looking after SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, OCIMF and pollution prevention regulations compliance, to ship vetting coordinator (since 2000). After coping with the operational positions, then leader for various projects correlated to the rapid expansion of the port. The department was responsible for the security and safety operations for a marine terminal, associated to a refinery and tank farm of 12 MMBD crude oil and products to transfer 1.5 MMBD crude / products through seven jetties to tanker, which size ranges from handy size to VLCC,
