Ensure sufficient supply of ammunitions and other security items.

Take charge of 15 trainees over the period of 18 weeks residential training and 4 weeks of On The Job Training.
Write trainees appraisal report on their monthly progress and full report upon completion of the 22 weeks training.
Conduct classroom lessons on Report Writing, Effective Communications, Observations Skills and Presentations Skills.
Conduct field training on Defence Tactics such as Close Quarter Defensive Techniques, Control & Restrain Techniques and Crisis Support Training.
Conduct weapon retention techniques.
Design new training package to suit the new operational requirements.
Design and conduct scenario training so as to enhance learning using the defence tactics. These are like Close Quarter escort duties from point to point for both inside and outside prison premises.
Conduct 7 days outdoor field training that includes both land & sea expeditions to allow trainees understand their true potential and capabilities.
Conduct leadership training in areas of team management.
