Personal achievements: During my service for the company I took an active part in building up the new EMS Crew Management office in Odessa through which process a new crew management system and TMSA compliance was implemented, the max number of seafarers at sea at Odessa branch been increased from 31 to 129, full crew manning service been rised to the highest level, Clients' satisfaction rised to 95%, new Quality policy been implemented & Odessa branch obtained ISO 9001:2008 verification by DNV at Septemer 2009.
06.2007 – 06.2008: Crew Manager/Senior Crew Manager of ATIS Crewing Agency ltd;
03.2007 – 05.2007: Crew Manager Assistant of ATIS Crewing Agency ltd
Main Responsibilities:
Coordination of crewing work & full crew manning service;
Recruitment of seafarers as per Clients requirements (including searching, conducting interviews, Flag State documents’ arrangements & etc.);
Arrangement & coordination of seafarers’ travelling (including Visa’s support, obtaining Guarantee Letters, Flights, Business letter to Ship’s Masters, Agents, Shipowners & etc.);
Crew change planning, monitoring of seafarers’ vacations
Have experience as Crew Manager for the following types of the vessels: oil/chemical/LPG,LNG tankers, AHTS, PSV, PCC, Ro-Ro, passengers, coasters, reefers, multipurpose vessels, bulkcarriers, container carriers with DWT of 2000 - 180000 t. for the world-wide service
