Merchant Navy
Professional experience of 16 months in Merchant Navy Gantry/LPG ship across Maintenance of Electrical controls of Main engine B&W 6L 67 GFCA, KINCAID B&W 7K74 EF, 2 Stroke, Single acting, cross head type, exhaust gas turbocharged diesel engine, burning heavy fuel oil and developing 14,600 bhp at 134 rpm. Boiler’s are One horizontal smoke tube Oil fired boiler with capacity of 3000 kg/hr at working working pressure of 7 bar, Exhaust gas boiler with capacity of 2000 kg/hr at working working pressure of 7 bar, Diesel alternators of 525 KW with RPM of 700, Switchboards, Cargo Reliquifaction Plant consist of LPG Compressor Sulzer K 140-2A 703 cu.mtr/hr and R-22 Compressor- J&E Hall V-M-127 6 Cylinders, A.C Plant, Winches etc was fully responsible for overall Operations’ and defect rectification administration management of the Electrical Engineering Department in Indian Navy on board various ships and establishment.
Adept in managing operation & maintenance of various Electrical equipments for reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
