- Responsible for training ships force in law enforcement and force protection (piracy, terrorism, etc.) operations.

- Boat keeper for two 47’ Motor Life Boats; Ensuring Compliance with Standardization Team requirements, resulting in our station receiving the Sumner Kimball Readiness Award and passing 3 ready-for-operations inspections.
- Education Service Officer (ESO); Organized college registration, tuition assistance, and degree outlines for approximately 20 station personnel, subsequently graduating 2 members with an Associates Degree.
- Training Officer; Maintained training schedule and approximately 30 personnel training records; provided training on professional development and educational benefits on a routine basis for junior members.

Oak Bluffs Marina - Oak Bluffs, MA
Seasonal 2000 to 2002 - Marina Launch Captain (Limited Masters – Near Coastal)

-Operated 22 ft. Carolina Skiff designated for harbor transport and tows; Collection fees in excess of $12,000.
- Managed sales and boat records in excess of $48,000, maintaining a 96% collection rate (seasonal record).
- Assisted with pier arrangement for mooring and un-mooring of vessels up to 150 ft. in length.
- Working diver for marina.

- Outlined slip assignments for over 800 vessels in coordination with reservation policy and space availability.
- Collection of over $18,000 in mooring fees to include receipt accountability and customer account verification.
