WORKING EXPERIENCE:
(a) ONE YEAR worked as marine trainee in operation and maintenance section at Colombo Power (private) limited (BWSC Lanka (Private) Limited). (MAN B&W – 16,100 kW - 4 engines to generator)
(b) ONE & HALF YEAR worked post of junior engineer in operation and maintenance department in M.V.X.PRESS PUMORI container carrier. (AKASAKA MITSUBISHI 7UEC 45/115H Two stroke – 4376 kW main engine)
Education
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
( a ) I am completed a full time four year course in Mechanical Marine Engineering diploma conducted by the Institute of Engineering Technology (I. E. T) katunayaka in 2000 batch.
? This includes as past of the course the following –
(1) In - plant training at the Sri Lanka Ports Authority, for one year and one month under the Mahapola Training Institute.
(2) In - plant training at the Colombo Dock yard (Pvt.) Limited,
For one year under the Training Center.
(3) In – plant training at the Colombo Power (private) Limited
(BWSC Lanka (Private) Limited) for One Year.
(b) I have successfully completed the following courses conducted by the Colombo International
Nautical & Engineering College at Malabe.
? International ships and port facilities security
? Personal safety and social responsibilities
? Fire prevention and fire fighting
? Personal survival techniques
? Elementary first aid
(c) I am successfully completed AUTO CAD 2008 certificate course.
(d) In addition I have a fair practical Knowledge of Automobile Mechanism.
(e) I am successfully completed production and operation management diploma in (LBS)
