Serving in Navy as quartermaster in the Philippine Navy for nine(9) years from 1983 to 1992 as chief quartermaster onboard a Navy vessel. Perform duties and responsibilities on board an Ocean-going vessel as Able Seaman from 1992 to 1997 under Philippine Manning agency; CREW AND SHIP MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL INC. on a WORLDWIDE TRADE.

College Diploma; Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation acquired at University of Cebu, Cebu City, PHILIPPINES. BASIC SEAMAN COURSE taken at NAVAL TRAINING COMMAND, PHILIPPINE NAVY.
