Arabian Industries LLC is a leading EPC Contracting Company specialized in design, engineering, procurement, project construction, and fabrication and maintenance activities in Oil, Gas and Power sectors
MY ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
• Regularly measuring and reporting progress and creating construction schedules via Primavera software.
• Prepare monthly report and project progress report for submitting to Managing Director.
• Generate project schedules & associated resource forecasts. Prepare manpower Projection using Primavera software.
• Perform resource-leveling to ensure constant resource utilization.
• Participate in project progress and review meeting with Project Managers.
• Maintain written notes & records which support project updates.
• Prepare forward load forecasts for the project(s), including monitoring and reporting manpower utilisation.
• Provide weekly status reports to project managers and clients identifying project schedule status and manpower status.
• Control manpower movements and their allocation to different projects as required. Coordinate with logistics department for manpower mobilization. This was done with special software.
• Planning the movement of vehicles and tracking them for effective utilization of vehicles.
• Cost monitoring of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
• Create Work Break down Structure and integrate with the project WBS.
• Keep a Track of all ongoing projects in Excel sheet and updating job status report. Coordinate with finance department and contracts department for updating the invoice values and following up with clients to get the payment due.
• Supports the Procurement department by ensuring that the orders are placed within the allocated budget for the given specs and scope.
PROJECTS:
1) Oman LNG Sur Security upgradation system (civil and mechanical works.)
2) Sohar Aluminum Smelter project- General mechanical and civil jobs.
