Objective
I am looking for work as a master, master in training or A/B on crew boats, supply boats, tugs or research vessels. I have been operating live aboard diving vessels full time for the last 4 years and I am looking to move into the commercial industry. I sailed solo for over 4000 miles in 2004 and I have my advanced trimix dive certification along with my sailing and commercial assistance towing endorsements. Work Experience
• Star Dancer Relief Captain November 2008-January 2009

Master of 240 gross ton, 18 passenger live aboard dive boat in Papua New Guinea. Duties including managing a crew of 9, dive planning, dive mastering, overseeing maintenance and repairs. Planning, scheduling, and executing of 5 dives per day while overseeing customer service issues. Experiences include officer in charge of navigational watch, use of radar, gps and chart plotting systems and navigating complexed shallow reefs.


• Sundancer II Captain October 2006-October 2008

Master of 371 gross ton, 20 passenger live aboard dive boat in Belize. Duties including managing a crew of 9, dive planning, dive mastering, overseeing maintenance and repairs. Planning, scheduling, and executing of 5 dives per day while overseeing customer service issues. Experiences include officer in charge of navigational watch, use of radar, gps and chart plotting systems.


• Ocean Hunter II Captain March 2005-July 2006

Captain of 116 ton, 12 passenger live aboard dive boat in Palau. Duties including managing a crew of 5, dive planning, dive mastering and overseeing maintenance. Also proficient in operating a multitude of smaller boats ranging from rigid inflatables to 35-foot twin-engine day boats. Experiences include officer in charge of navigational watch, use of radar, gps and chart plotting systems and navigating complexed shallow reefs.
