Most of my experience has been in the construction, development or sales industry in some way or fashion. I have over 20 years of construction background. Contracting as a buyer acquiring leases of mineral rights from farmers and land owners in Monroe and Greenbrier County, WV. In total, our team acquired nearly 170,000 combined acres for this single project.
I started project with no prior experience as a landman
I left project with top number of leases acquired and top acreage acquired.

Highland Development LLC is a development company I took great pride in helping in the development of a 400 acre single family lake community in Northwest Mississippi. During my active times with Highland Development, I supervised the construction of ongoing projects within the development. In addition I was also involved in onsite lot sales and marketing.

Supervised and scheduled many of the construction operations within Blue Lake Springs development. Within a short period of time I took on more responsibility in the supervision of the installation of roads and utilities. I worked directly with the local county government and all the public utility companies. I also was in charge of general maintenance of development. I also supervised the construction of numerous single family homes within the development. In addition I got my start in sales doing onsite lot and home sales.

Common sense I feel is my most valuable asset that allows me to make good decisions. I have great people skills that I have applied to my prior sales background and working with the public. I have an all around knowledge of construction, supervisory, management and organization skills that include thousands of hours operating various pieces of heavy equipment. I am very familiar and can read most blueprints. Computer skills include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and various web designing |
