• Processed inbound shipments for an assigned base of accounts. Assisted with duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process inbound consolidations in a cost-efficient manner and within defined and timely standards.
• Developed and maintained excellent service levels to internal and external customers at all times.
• Set up breakbulk files for all documentation and records relevant to the consolidation.

• Contacted vendors and customers with regard to specific shipments which to insure accurate arrival times, including possible delays, are properly advised and to obtain any missing information.

• Insured Customer Profile information is entered and updated in the appropriate company system for any customers to which rate quotes have been given.
• Managed pre-alerts on a daily basis to determine whether freight is arriving as anticipated and ocean documents are received within time standards specified.

• Maintained records of communications in breakbulk file.
• Entered all relevant data for consolidation into the appropriate company system.
