Job Description
Camper and Nicholsons USA has a position available as Director of C&N USA Yacht Management Division based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Responsibilities to include growing and keeping vessels in fleet, accurate and timely financial reports for each vessel, budget department effectively, supervising staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• In depth knowledge of yacht operational standards and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Flag regulations for major Flag States.
• Basic knowledge of IMO regulations.
• Basic understanding of Class requirements as applied to yachts.
• ISM/ISPS training and understanding of implementation.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of marine insurance claims procedures.
• Basic understanding of maritime law.
• Basic understanding of yacht construction.
• Basic understanding of Ship’s Stability and Load Line requirements.
• Experience with shipyard refits to yacht standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum qualifications include Captain’s license or Certificate of Competency, 5 years working on yachts in a management position, shipyard experience with yacht refits and business and/or bookkeeping knowledge. Prior experience in Yacht Management preferred.
