Loading and discharging product on barges ranging in size from 30,000bbls to 250,000bbls
Job Description:
A) Stand Watch and perform deck related duties assigned by the captain.
B) Designated Person-in-Charge of cargo operations
C) Maintains all logs and other associated transfer paperwork
D) Maintains the barge in respect to safety, pollution prevention etc.
E) Ensures that all defects, accidents and near misses are reported
F) Ensures that all preventative maintenance is performed
G) Ensures that all safety/Firefighting equipment is inventoried and regularly maintained according to the safety and firefighting equipment checklist
Qualifications:
Minimum of a AB Tankerman PIC (BARGE)
