Antigua Slipway is a boat yard and marina located in English Harbour, Antigua, Eastern Caribbean established in 1966. We haul out motor and sailing yachts up to 200 tons, with yard services ranging from antifouling, storage, fibreless and wood work, mechanical, electrical etc etc.. We are looking for a chandlery sales and supervising position. The individual will be considered store supervisor, and must have extensive knowledge in the fields of yachting equipment purchasing, retail management, and retail business analysis with a solid background experience in the field. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic with an eye for detail.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- A MINIUM of 5 years experience in the field
- Posses an extensive knowledge in marine products
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (more languages is a plus)
- Self motivated and have the ability to function as a team player
- Knowledge in Counterpoint is an asset
- Yachting experience is a GREAT asset
